You’ll enjoy a role that offers variety and the chance to develop your skills in a supportive setting.\n\nPlease note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.\n\nTemporary Communications Coordinator Responsibilities\n\nThis position will involve, but will not be limited to:\n\nManaging content calendars, keeping the intranet updated, and supporting presentation and material updates to align with communication strategies.\nDrafting social media posts, newsletters, website content, and simple graphics to engage diverse audiences effectively.\nSupporting the production of videos and podcasts, ensuring high-quality digital assets.\nOrganising photo and video libraries, maintaining permissions and accurate tagging to streamline content management.\nAssisting with partnership and event activities, including preparing briefings, slide decks, and liaising with speakers and partners.\nUpdating project management tools like Asana and maintaining contact databases such as Salesforce.\nTemporary Communications Coordinator Rewards\n\nCompetitive hourly rate between £16.92 and £17.44, dependent on skills and experience.\nPaid holiday entitlement, paid via weekly PAYE payroll.\nThe Company\n\nOur client is renowned organisation woth global impact. \n\nTemporary Communications Coordinator Experience Essentials\n\nProven experience in content creation, social media management, and digital communication tools.\nFamiliarity with graphic design, video editing, and podcast production.\nKnowledge of content management systems, social media management platforms like Hootsuite, and email marketing tools such as Campaign Monitor.\nExperience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and project management tools like Asana.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.\nLocation\n\nBased in central Oxford, there is no on-site parking, but plenty of transport links\n\nAction\n\nIf you would like to find out more about this excellent opportunity, then please apply online today!
