Working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will generate your own leads, build a strong sales pipeline and convert new clients in line with our business strategy.This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of Evri Premium while building strong commercial relationships across a thriving and expanding market.What You'll DoYou'll proactively source, nurture, and convert new prospects across a defined territory. You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to onboarding — ensuring every new customer has the tools, knowledge and support they need to succeed with Evri.This is a 6 month FTC, the ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a very short notice period.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop a high-quality prospect pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue/volume targets. Meet all KPI and productivity requirements as set by the business. Manage and record all sales activity using the Evri CRM system. Onboard new clients to meet agreed go-live dates and ensure they fully understand our customer service processes and tools. Monitor performance of new clients and ensure they trade to profile within 4 weeks of go-live. Handover new clients within 6 weeks of trading. Resolve escalations and account queries effectively and professionally. Collaborate with local operations teams to ensure service levels support new customer growth. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual who thrives in a target-driven environment. To be successful, you'll need: Experience in a Telesales or customer service role Experience within the parcel carrier marketplace or e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce and the SME marketplace Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general IT literacy. Strong ownership, accountability, drive and focus Creative problem-solving, including negotiation and conflict resolution Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
