The Company
A long-established technical manufacturing business is expanding its customer engagement team. The company supplies high-performance textile and material solutions across multiple industries and is investing in strengthening customer relationships, increasing brand visibility, and driving new commercial opportunities.
The Role
This position is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and energised by speaking with customers. Your primary focus will be outbound customer engagement — contacting lapsed accounts, warm prospects, and existing customers to raise awareness of the company’s capabilities and support business growth.
Alongside telesales activity, you’ll also support customer service tasks, light marketing duties, and general administration to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
