An excellent opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician, Master Technician, or Learning & Development professional to move into a long-term Technical Trainer role. Following a £2 million investment into a brand-new Manchester training centre, this business is expanding its internal training team to support the development of qualified engineers through to Master Technician level.

This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical training to internal employees, combining classroom-based learning with hands-on workshop training using modern tooling and bespoke facilities. Full product training is provided where required.

The Role Deliver technical training to qualified HGV technicians, progressing them through advanced and Master Technician levels Provide classroom and practical workshop-based training using modern diagnostic tools and equipment Support ongoing upskilling, certification updates and internal development programmes Work as part of a dedicated training team within a newly built, purpose-designed facility £40,000 - £46,000 salary, Company car, Up to 8% matched pension, Bonus, Cycle to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Annual leave purchase scheme and more benefits. The Person Background as an HGV Technician, Master Technician, or Technical Trainer Experience with Scania, MAN, Volvo or similar commercial vehicles (preferred) Level 3 training qualification (or willingness to work towards) Full UK driving licence Ex-Forces, Fire Service, or Learning & Development professionals encouraged to apply Reference Number: BBBH262642
