Key Responsibilities & Tasks Deliver and develop technical training across mechanical, electrical, and operational disciplines. Assess staff competency, provide mentoring, and support continuous skills development. Conduct site audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards. Induct and train new employees to a level where they can work independently. Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training programmes. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements. Support operational teams with fault finding, troubleshooting, and technical guidance. Review and improve training materials, systems, and HSQE processes. Work with management to define operational standards and improve team performance. Contribute to development of technical documentation and training resources. Skills & Requirements Strong technical background in power generation, mechanical and electrical systems. Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching. Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical). Knowledge of relevant legislation and Health & Safety (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable). Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. IT literate with experience using MS Office and digital training tools. Full UK driving licence required.
