The Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to play a key role within this growing business. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, influence standards, and help shape the companys presence in the industry. The role suits a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering best-in-class solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Support the pre-construction process, including PQQs, tender submissions and contract negotiations
Manage and develop strong client relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee supply chain management, sourcing new subcontractors and suppliers while strengthening existing relationships
Collaborate with site teams to ensure effective project delivery, handovers, and capture lessons learned
Key Skills & Experience
Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
Experience using Procore project management tools
Minimum 6 years experience in Technical Services Management or a similar role
Strong written, presentation and board-level communication skills
Person Specification
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks end-to-end
Strong understanding of the construction sector
Technically confident and quick to adopt new technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills with a consultative approach
Ability to build long-term relationships across teams and stakeholders
Detail-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset
Positive, flexible and solutions-focused attitude
