Technical Services Manager (MEP)

Location: South / West of the M25 and M11 Corridor (including Cambridge) Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 per annum (DOE) Start Date: Early 2026 Employment Type: Permanent Projects: Multiple concurrent construction projects Note: There may be two roles available , subject to travel flexibility.

Role Overview An established main contractor is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to oversee the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) services across multiple construction projects. The role covers both pre-construction and project delivery, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and commercial alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a senior technical role requiring strong coordination between design teams, commercial teams, site management, subcontractors, and clients.
