We are experts in technologies including combined heat and power (CHP), biomass, and energy from waste.By locating generation on customers’ sites we provide industry leading safety management, reduced energy costs and carbon footprint and assured energy security for their operational needs.General Overview:The Technical Services Manager (TSM) will report to the Operations Manager. They will be the line manager for the on-site maintenance team (max. 6 technicians) and will have a supervisory role over operations staff. The TSM will act as a deputy for the Operations Manager in case of absence or when working away from site.The TSM will be responsible for the management of all maintenance carried out, both reactive and planned, on all items of plant within the Generating Station, including steam boilers, water treatment plant, gas fired CHP engines, medical air compressors, chilled water system, standby generators and ancillary equipment. They will ensure the plant is compliant with all relevant statutory requirements, industry good practice is followed and health, safety and environmental requirements are met through upkeep of a thorough CAFM system.
