Alexander Steele are working with an established food manufacturing business in North Yorkshire who are looking to recruit a Technical Services Coordinator to join their technical team. Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and maintain food safety risk assessments, including HACCP, allergen management, and vegan/vegetarian controls, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and up to date Conduct gap analyses against customer, retailer, and NGO standards, supporting the implementation of food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements Oversee the site's food safety and quality management system, updating and document‑controlling procedures, work instructions, and records Maintain the internal audit schedule, ensuring audits are completed to plan and corrective actions are implemented effectively Investigate trends in analytical and finished product performance, reporting insights to relevant departments to drive improvements Support technical, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with customer expectations and legal standards

Up to £40,000 annual salary (dependent on experience) Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week 32 days annual leave Company pension
