to take ownership of the Marine & Offshore space across Northern England and Scotland

driving growth, building influence, and positioning solutions where they matter most: Target and win marine & offshore projects across oil & gas and maritime sectors Engage key decision-makers: owners, operators, engineers, contractors, and OEMs Drive
specification-led sales , getting solutions embedded early in the design phase Build opportunities from cold through to approved supplier status Deliver compelling technical presentations to multidisciplinary engineering teams Grow and retain key accounts while actively developing new business Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums Provide pre-sales technical input and support bespoke solution development Manage your pipeline strategically using CRM and market intelligence What Theyre Looking For This role suits someone who blends technical credibility with commercial instinct: Proven background in technical or engineering sales Experience selling into marine, offshore, oil & gas, or OEMenvironments Strong track record of influencing engineers and project stakeholders Ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and high-value projects Confident presenter with the ability to sell value over price A natural relationship builder who can open new doors and grow accounts Structured, strategic, and self-sufficient in territory management Why This Role Stands Out £55K base salary with a strong bonus structure (1015%) Company car or car allowance High level of autonomy
