This is a delivery-oriented, client-facing role, suited to someone with a strong mindset, ownership mentality, and the ability to manage technical delivery end to end within a consulting or digital transformation environment. You will be responsible for owning client delivery, managing cross‑functional technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce, ERP, cloud, and system integration projects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing delivery independently with minimal supervision. Own project scope, planning, milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes. Manage technical delivery teams including architects, developers, functional consultants, QA, and DevOps. Oversee the full SDLC, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely delivery across multiple initiatives. Drive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models based on project needs. Manage integrations involving APIs, middleware, and enterprise systems. Ensure strong governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the engagement. Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and manage escalations effectively. Support solution discussions and provide delivery input during pre‑sales when required. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation.

Skills & Experience Required

8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a service‑based or consulting environment. Strong experience delivering Salesforce and/or ERP integration projects. Proven ability to lead and deliver client engagements independently. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands‑on experience managing technical delivery and integration‑heavy programmes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior and executive‑level clients. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Experience managing cross‑functional and multi‑vendor teams. Delivery‑focused, resilient, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments. Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
