Define and apply the most suitable project delivery methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid), establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and team structures to support efficient infrastructure delivery. Ensure timely delivery of infrastructure components to meet agreed milestones, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Manage project budgets, ensuring visibility and agreement on total cost of ownership, including capital and operational expenditure.
Contribute to continuous improvement, shaping infrastructure delivery frameworks and standards through feedback and lessons learned.

Development of service architecture and operational controls, in partnership with Service Managers, to ensure infrastructure solutions are secure, resilient, and support long-term business service outcomes.
Supplier and vendor management, including negotiation and oversight of commercial agreements for infrastructure delivery and ongoing operational costs (e.g. hosting, hardware, managed services).
Planning and execution of launch/cutover activities for infrastructure deployments, including change management, stakeholder coordination, and post-implementation support.
