The ideal individual will come from technical background and have a good technical appreciation for Microsoft technology infrastructure, apps and services.ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements and build relationshipsScope infrastructure projects and develop delivery plans (time, cost, resources and dependencies)Manage multiple projects and technical resources across multiple regions where requiredCoordinate technical consultants to carry out technical discovery work, design solutions and policy configurations and implement changes in a controlled environmentCoordinate technical consultants and customer technical resources as one multi-disciplinary team to achieve the required project outcomes and benefitsWork with stakeholders to develop change management plans to minimise business risk and maximise product adoption.
