The Role We are seeking a hands-on Technical Production Manager to join our London-based team. This is a varied and practical role, working across a wide range of projects from live events to permanent and temporary installations. You will be part of a small, collaborative team, taking projects from concept through to delivery, ensuring high technical standards and seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities Take full ownership to manage and deliver technical production across events and installations, creating a seamless experience for clients and their customers Work across multiple disciplines, including AV, lighting, fountains, lasers, and SFX to deliver highly immersive experiences Support project planning, preparation, and on-site execution, utilising your skills and creativity at every stage of project delivery Lead and collaborate with crew, freelancers, and suppliers to ensure clear communication Ensure all technical elements are delivered safely, on time, and to specification, maintaining high standards of safety and quality Assist with equipment preparation, testing, and maintenance to avoid any issues during delivery Troubleshoot technical issues on-site, quickly diagnose and solve problems, working both independently and with support from the wider technical team Contribute to the creative and technical development of projects during both design and delivery phases to ensure the project meets and exceeds client goals

About You Hands-on and proactive, with a strong technical background in live events or installations Comfortable working across multiple technical disciplines Able to work effectively within a small, close-knit team Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required Good communication and organisational skills

Desirable (but not essential): CAD experience (e.g., AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or similar) Experience with water features, lasers, or special effects
