Technical Coordinator – Residential Development

Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to play a key role in the building of high quality homes.

The Role

You’ll coordinate external consultants and internal teams across the full development lifecycle — from planning through to delivery and handover.

  • Manage planning conditions & technical approvals
  • Drive design coordination and programme delivery
  • Lead consultant teams and design meetings
  • Secure Building Regs and key statutory agreements
  • Support site with technical queries and issue resolution
  • Ensure all information is accurate, compliant, and buildable

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential development (Assistant or Technical Coordinator level)
  • Strong understanding of the technical/design process including groundworks and civils.
  • Confident managing consultants and deadlines
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Working towards (or keen to achieve) professional accreditation
