Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver complex change initiatives. The role will focus on requirements management, Agile delivery, and supporting real-time integrations between the SuperNova Collateral Monitoring platform and other enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Change Support
Understand the wider business context and assess the impact of change across people, processes, organisational structure, policies, and technology Identify, assess, and communicate risks associated with proposed changes, including mitigation strategies Work with stakeholders to design and extend real-time integrations between SuperNova and other enterprise platforms Lead requirements reviews and formal sign-off to support toll-gates and governance activities Partner with business and technology teams to identify and resolve product gaps, working through practical and scalable solutions Collaborate closely with the business to prioritise the product backlog, ensuring alignment with highest business value
Requirements Management & Agile Delivery
Conduct regular assessments of requirements progress against Big Room Planning commitments Ensure stakeholders are aligned to and understand enterprise-standard requirements methodologies Influence and drive buy-in to the Agile requirements strategy across business and technology teams Enable effective collaboration across functional groups by fostering a culture of trust and shared ownership
Stakeholder Engagement
Present ideas clearly, facilitate discussions, and gather input from a wide range of stakeholders Negotiate trade-offs, influence decisions, and gain support from senior stakeholders Act as a trusted intermediary between business and technology teams
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within complex, enterprise-scale programmes Strong understanding of systems integration, ideally real-time or event-driven architectures Experience working in Agile delivery environments (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Big Room Planning) Strong requirements management, documentation, and governance experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with collateral management platforms or financial services environments Background in large-scale transformation or regulatory programmes
