We're looking for a

Technical Assistant

to support our Technical Department in delivering

Project Venice

- a key initiative shaping the future of our sauces manufacturing. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to maintaining high standards and ensuring compliance with BRC certification and other audits.

What you'll do

Support food safety and quality culture across site. Complete audits and sampling schedules (micro, allergen, vegan swabbing, raw materials). Maintain technical registers and logs. Prepare and analyse technical data for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate calibration of technical equipment. Assist with internal and external audits and traceability exercises. Ensure timely availability of technical documentation and materials in manufacturing areas. What we're looking for

Basic understanding of Quality & Food Safety in a food manufacturing environment. Knowledge of GMP and IT/office systems. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Desirable:

Food Hygiene Level 2, HACCP Level 2, pest control training, internal audit training. Why Premier Foods?
