Technical Advisor – Work from Home!\n\nThe role:\n\nTechnical Support for this leading manufacturer of fire rated board into the construction industry.\n\nYou will be required to provide technical assistance to customers (contractors), developing solutions for system and product selection, as well as installation guidance, and troubleshooting.\n\nYou will ensuring accurate technical information is provided to customers and the internal teams.\n\nWork closely with internal and external teams to ensure delivery of projects, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.\n\nYour experience:\n\nYou will have previous experience in technical support within the construction or building materials industry, ideally with a knowledge of fire protection systems or insulation or drylining products\n\nYou will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n\nWhat you will get:\n\nThis role is a work from home position, with occasional travel to office meetings and site-based meetings.\n\nThere is a very competitive salary based on your experience, as well as professional development with opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement within a rapidly growing company
