Sapphire is looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to lead customer relationships and drive success with our Managed Security Services, specialising in Microsoft 365 and Azure Security Stack

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Own and nurture technical relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work alongside a team of cybersecurity experts, contributing to and learning from a highly skilled and dynamic group.

Subject Matter Expertise: Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our cutting-edge technology platform, helping to drive innovation and excellence.

Trusted Adviser: Act as a trusted adviser and ensure high-quality service

What We're Looking For:

Technical Prowess: Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Defender would be advantageous.

People Skills: Exceptional technical people skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with both customers and internal teams.

Location: Based anywhere in the UK with regular trips to our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center (SOC) in Glasgow.

Flexibility: Embrace flexibility with the opportunity for remote working, balanced with valuable time spent with colleagues in our offices.

Security Clearance: Must be eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (SC and DV).
