Shifts: Monday - Friday, rotating between 07:15 - 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00

In this key role, you’ll be working with a variety of machinery to help ensure our production lines run smoothly, efficiently and safely. Whether you’ve worked in manufacturing before or are looking for a fresh challenge with full training provided, this is a great opportunity to join a business that values teamwork, safety, and quality. What will you be doing?  

• Operating packing and processing machinery to meet output targets

• Navigating daily production challenges with a hands-on approach

• Collaborating with your team to keep production lines running efficiently

• Playing a key part in delivering high standards of quality and safety

• Developing new skills through product testing and machine changeovers

We’d love to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:  

• A good standard of literacy and numeracy, with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable working in a team and contributing to shared goals

• Previous experience in manufacturing or food production is a plus – but not essential

• Level 2 Food Safety for Manufacturing is desirable, but full training is provided

• A proactive, accountable attitude that reflects our values of ownership and care
