Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Team Manager on behalf of a respected mental health provider delivering a 24/7 crisis service in the Thanet area. This is a key leadership role within a non-clinical mental health crisis service that provides a safe and supportive alternative to A&E for individuals in mental distress.

Role Overview: This is a rewarding opportunity to lead and support a dedicated night team working to provide high-quality, recovery-focused interventions. Based in a hospital-adjacent location, you’ll manage a diverse team of staff and volunteers, work collaboratively with clinical partners, and ensure safe and effective service delivery for individuals in acute need.
