Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Your Key Responsibilities:
Lead with Excellence: Manage and inspire a large team, demonstrating a 'lead by example' approach. Be the Go-To Person: Address day-to-day staff queries and provide support as needed. Handle HR Matters: Manage staff absences and conduct return-to-work interviews. Smart Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas to ensure smooth operations.
