Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are looking for a passionate, confident Team Leader to join a Day Centre in Harrow, supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Complex Needs to live fulfilling and meaningful lives.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing staff, and creating a positive, engaging environment where the people we support can thrive.
You will lead a team of dedicated Support Workers and play a key role in ensuring the service delivers high-quality, person-centred support every day.
What Youll Be Doing
As Team Leader, you will help shape a service that truly puts people first.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care and support
Coordinating daily activities and programmes within the Day Centre such as therapeutic sessions as well as recreational and educational activities
Ensuring individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs receive meaningful, person-centred support
Supporting staff through supervision, mentoring, and guidance
Promoting independence, wellbeing, and inclusion for the people we support
