Monitor spending and usage of supplies and reduce spending to only that is required.Work with the team to actively reduce arrears, to achieve a target of 3.2%.Ensure void loss is below 6.5%. Ensure referrals are assessed and the decision is communicated to the commissioners within 28 days.
