Female Team Leader Location: Cheltenham Salary: £32,760 per annum (£17.50 per hour) Hours: 36 hours ( 3x shifts per week) Shift patterns: 7.30 am- 19.30 pm, 19.30pm- 7.30 am Paid travel expenses: 25p per mile/ public transport (bus/train only)
Mandatory Assessment Day Gloucester (21st January 2026 9.00am- 17.00pm)
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential youll enjoy trips out & driving the clients vehicle!) Clear Enhanced DBS on DBS update service Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour Must be resilient, highly confident, and adaptable to change Excellent communication skills Flexible to attend training by 23rd February 2026 First shift: 2nd March 2026
