Were looking for a Team Leader to support and guide our Multi Specialist Advocates (MSAs) in the Duty Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping high-quality advocacy services that truly impact peoples lives.
Key responsibilities:
Provide line management, supervision, and day-to-day support to MSAs in the Duty Team
Lead the development and coordination of our Central Volunteer offer
Manage the daily workflow and ensure the team meets its KPIs
Ensure all working practices meet internal and external policies, procedures, and audit requirements
Oversee effective use of case management systems
Gather and analyse performance, quality, and outcomes data
Escalate issues in a timely manner and support service improvements
Assist with recruitment and induction of staff, students, and volunteers
