Legal Assistant

Hybrid working, 2 days a week WFH

Location: Holborn, London 

A well-known, leading law firm are seeking a Team Assistant to join their down-to-earth Marketing team. Working in a close-knit team, you will be the glue to the team as you get involved with a variety of exciting events, campaigns and marketing material. A firm that truly values their employees, you will have the opportunity to have flexible working hours and to work from home two days a week. 

Key Tasks will include:

• Generating reports, targeting biz development and CRM initiatives 
\n\t
• Preparing financial reports for monthly management committee meetings  
\n\t
• Assisting with the production of biz development materials 
\n\t
• Website content management and some copywriting 
\n\t
• Supporting with social media 
\n\t
• Supporting the marketing manager with the legal directory submission process 
\n\t
• Sending out email campaigns 
\n\t
• Analysing feedback from client events 
\n\t
• Event management 
\n

Experience and Personality 

\n\t
• Around one year’s admin experience in ideally law or professional services  
\n\t
• An interest in Law 
\n\t
• A legal degree is advantageous 
\n\t
• A high attention to detail 
\n\t
• An autonomous working style – will be working independently often 
\n\t
• Mature outlook 
\n\t
• Quietly confident (barristers are self-employed so it’s about asking nicely but firmly when things need to be done). 
\n\t
• Conscientious 
\n\t
• Completely flexible on experience but someone who has the above attitude is key,  
\n
