Our client is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and highly proactive Team Assistant to provide support to a busy Risk Management team at varying levels within a global investment bank. In this role, you will be a key point of support for the team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling effective coordination across multiple stakeholders. You will be supporting the team in managing conflicting priorities, ensuring a seamless day for the team.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment with the potential to be considered permanently. 1 day hybrid working available.

What you’ll do:
- Manage complex diaries and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel, including itineraries, accommodation and expenses
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes and follow up on action items
- Support onboarding processes for new team members and assist with team events
- Assist with office management tasks as required
- Act as a key point of contact, supporting effective communication and coordination across the team
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in an admin support role, preferably within Banking or Finance
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, meeting schedules and booking travel
