Job Description

Executive EA and Office Manager required in the Telecoms Sector.

\n\n

You will provide general administrative support to the Executive Team as well as attending company events.

\n\n

Tasks will include travel arrangements and diary management as well as financial and HR administration.

\n\n

Responsibilities will also include meeting and greeting of visitors, liaising with suppliers and facilities as well as reviewing health and safety policies.

\n\n

Our client is looking to interview next week before Christmas. Experience in diary and travel management is key for the role as well as general experience in office administration.

\n\n

The role is to start ASAP and offers a 4/1 hybrid with great benefits
