As a Teaching Assistant, you will: · Support students in their learning across engineering and technology subjects. · Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and practical workshops. · Provide one-to-one and small group support to help students achieve their full potential. · Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What Were Looking For: · A genuine interest in education and technology. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. · Previous experience in a classroom or educational setting is desirable but not essential.
