No previous experience in special educational needs (SEN)? That's fine! If you're patient, empathetic, and passionate about working in education, full training will be provided.
Your Role as a Teacher Assistant
As a teacher assistant in this setting, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Autism Help pupils access learning in a way that suits their needs Encourage confidence, independence, and personal development Work alongside teachers, therapists, and other staff in a collaborative environmentWe're Looking For Someone Who Is:
