About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with individuals and small groups to support learning and progress.
• Assist with classroom management and preparation of resources.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
• Provide additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.

Requirements:

Level 2 or above qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a school setting is a necessity. A genuine passion for supporting children’s education and wellbeing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.
