Teaching Assistant - Behaviour Support (Ealing Secondary School) Location: Ealing, West London Pay: £90 - £100 per day Contract: Full Academic Year (September 2025 - July 2026) Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in their lives? The role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is confident, calm under pressure, and committed to creating a positive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Work 1:1 or in small groups with students presenting behavioural challenges Implement behaviour management strategies in line with school policies Support the class teacher in managing classroom behaviour Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students The Ideal Teaching Assistant Will: Have experience working with secondary-aged students
