Contract: Full-time, permanent
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm, Mon–Fri
Salary: From £25,600 per year (depending on qualifications)

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our preschool team. This role is ideal for candidates who are unqualified or hold a Level 2 qualification in Childcare and are looking to start or grow their career in Early Years education.

Key Responsibilities:

Work alongside a Teacher and Teaching Assistant to deliver high-quality care and learning

Support children’s development in a safe, nurturing environment

*

Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times

*

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

Experience working with children (paid or voluntary)

*

Level 2 in Childcare or unqualified but motivated to train

*

Passionate about Early Years education

*

Reliable, organised, and eager to learn
