The Role: Working with individuals, small groups, and whole-class activities. Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery. Helping to create an inclusive, engaging, and positive learning environment. Providing extra support to pupils with specific learning needs. Encouraging pupil progress, confidence, and independence. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with primary-aged children A passion for supporting childrens learning and development. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
