We are a specialist education recruitment agency currently recruiting Special Needs Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 4-11 at a welcoming and well-resourced SEN primary school in Didsbury.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with younger children and supporting early development in a specialist education setting.

The Role

Supporting children aged 4-11 with a range of special educational needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and complex needs

Providing 1:1 and small group support in the classroom

Assisting with early learning, communication, and social development

Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation

Assisting with personal care where required

Working closely with teachers and wider support staff to meet individual learning needs

Candidate Requirements

Experience working with children aged 4-11, ideally within an SEN, primary, or care setting

A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
