Synergy Education is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools in and around Kettering. We have a range of opportunities available, including full-time, part-time, and flexible day-to-day roles to suit your availability.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom teaching and learning
- Assisting pupils with their academic and social development
- Working with children with additional needs where required
- Helping to maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (preferred xbpsjku but not essential)
- A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
