The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and students to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

Your day might include:

Supporting the teacher with classroom activities and lesson delivery

Working one to one or in small groups with pupils who need extra support

Helping to keep pupils engaged and focused during lessons

Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
