An excellent and expanding School in Redbridge is looking to take on dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their supportive team.

Teaching Assistant - The Role:

You will support pupils across a range of ages all with Special Needs

Some personal care will be required as part of the role, so patience, empathy, and a caring nature are essential.

You will assist students with learning on a 1-2-1 and small group basis.

You will support the Class Teacher with lessons, behaviour management, and creating a positive learning environment.

You will provide encouragement, praise, and tailored support to help pupils achieve independence and enjoy learning.

Creativity and the ability to make learning engaging and accessible will be highly valued.

Teaching Assistant - The Requirements:

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable (paid or voluntary).

A calm, caring, and resilient personality - able to manage challenges with a positive attitude.

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative.

A genuine passion for supporting students and helping them reach their potential.
