Teaching Assistant – Secondary School, Full-Time (Temporary)

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
• Delivering English-focused interventions, both one-to-one and in small groups
• Supporting students with SEN in lessons and structured support sessions
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities, behaviour support, and differentiation
• Building positive relationships that encourage confidence, engagement, and resilience
• Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Working hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
