With EYFS at the heart of the school, they are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant team.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and motivated Teaching Assistant to support children's learning, development, and well-being within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will work closely with the EYFS team to nurture young learners and help them thrive during these crucial early years.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one and small group support within EYFS

Support learning through play-based activities

Promote children's social, emotional, and communication development

Prepare and maintain learning resources and a stimulating classroom environment

Observe, assess, and record progress, feeding back to the class teacher

Support the delivery of individual learning plans

Assist with lunchtime supervision and outdoor play

The Successful Candidate Will Have

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)

Experience working within an Early Years setting

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A nurturing approach and genuine passion for Early Years education

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
