This role provides invaluable classroom experience and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Your Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential by:

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across multiple subjects. Providing one-on-one and small group supportto students who need extra help. Creating a positive and inclusivelearning environment that encourages student growth.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working with Key Stage 3 students. A proactive and enthusiasticapproach to supporting teaching and learning. Excellent communication skillsand a passion for student development.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must:

Be available for full-time work, five days a week. Hold a degree-level qualification. Commit to the role for at least two terms. Have an Enhanced DBS Disclosure(Overseas Police Clearance if applicable). Provide professional referencesand a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history (where possible).
