Key Responsibilities:

Support the teacher in delivering lessons and learning activities.

Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.

Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive, inclusive environment.

Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs, if required.

Prepare resources and assist with classroom organisation.

Supervise pupils during breaktimes, lunch, or on school trips.

Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

Previous experience in a school or educational setting is desirable but not essential.

A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is a bonus but not required...
