We are currently seeking a dedicated and supportive

Teaching Assistant

to join a welcoming primary school in the Runcorn area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential and supporting teachers in creating an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with daily activities and lesson delivery

Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils who may need extra help

Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of learning materials

Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred but not essential) A positive, patient, and proactive attitude

Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one

Relevant qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
