The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience supporting young people (school-based or transferable)
• Be confident working with KS3-KS4 pupils
• Be patient, adaptable, and positive
• Be able to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
• Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS

Your Role May Include:

• Providing one-to-one or small-group support
• Assisting pupils with additional needs
• Helping maintain a positive and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting teachers with lessons, behaviour, and resources
• Contributing to pupils' academic and personal development

• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and all employment breaks must be explained
• You must have legal right to work in the UK
• You must be willing to attend a registration interview
