As a Teaching Assistant in this vibrant secondary school, you will become an integral part of a team under the mentorship of a supportive Head Teacher. Delivering personalised support to students requiring additional academic assistance. - Supporting students with special educational needs or disabilities. - Aiding in the preparation of teaching materials. - Monitoring student progress and promptly addressing concerns. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a secondary school environment and exceptional communication skills to foster strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
