SEND Mentor to join their team, supporting pupils with
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)needs and
ADHD

About the Role The SEND Mentor will: Work closely with pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis Support children with SEMH and ADHD to engage positively in learning Implement behaviour-regulation strategies and restorative approaches Build trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, valued and understood Liaise with teaching staff, safeguarding teams and external professionals Help to create a calm, structured and supportive learning environment Ideal Candidate The ideal applicant will have: Experience working with primary-aged children A background supporting pupils with SEMH, ADHD or similar needs Strong behaviour-management and de-escalation skills Patience, resilience and a genuinely nurturing approach The ability to form positive, stable relationships A passion for helping children overcome barriers and thrive Why This Role?
