Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with the delivery of engaging EYFS activities Work with small groups and on a one-to-one basis to support learning and development Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment Help with observations and contribute to pupil progress tracking Encourage positive behaviour and support children's social and emotional development Support children with additional needs where requiredRequirements

Level 2 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Early Years (essential) Experience working with children in an EYFS or nursery setting (preferred) Basic understanding of the EYFS framework Good communication and teamwork skills A patient, nurturing, and positive attitude Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)What We Offer
