They are looking for a dedicated Primary Teacher to deliver engaging, creative lessons to small groups of learners who benefit from structure, patience, and a relational approach. About the Role

Delivering Primary-level lessons to small groups of SEND/SEMH pupils Planning and adapting learning to meet individual needs Creating a safe, calm, and consistent learning environment Working closely with support staff and the wider pastoral team Using a trauma-informed, relationship-based approach Supporting pupils to build confidence, resilience, and positive learning habits About You

QTS-qualified and Primary-trained Experience with SEND and/or SEMH is highly desirable Confident in adapting lessons and differentiating effectively Calm, patient, and able to build strong, trusting relationships Passionate about helping pupils overcome barriers to learning Able to work as part of a supportive, committed team What the Provision Offers
