Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Set, monitor, and review personalised learning targets. Assess, track, and report student progress to stakeholders in line with school policies. Create structured, engaging lessons with clear objectives and challenge. Contribute to reviews of Statements, EHC plans, PEPs, and LAC meetings. Stay informed on autism-related developments to support effective teaching.
